What we do with your personal data.

Visitors to our Website

Any Personal information submitted through our website will be treated as confidential and sensitive data. Calls to our company may be handled by our GDPR compliant call centre, who will send us details of your call to us by encrypted email.

Following your initial contact, we will contact you, usually by phone, to deal with your specific request. This may include a visit to your home or premises for the purposes of a sales call or site survey. Once we finish our meeting, we will not contact you again unless you have specifically agreed to do so, or to fulfil a contract with you, unless you contact us again.

If we provide a written quotation, we will keep a copy of that quotation for a minimum of 6 years, we do this so that should you contact us again, it may be unnecessary for us to have to visit for a site survey. If you buy from us, we will keep your details on a physical file. All quotations and orders are kept in our office and out of hours, these will be kept locked in our offices. (We may also keep these records electronically on a GDPR compliant CRM system, which will be kept secure by our chosen software partner)

Or website does not store personal data, our web server logs your IP address for tracking and analytics purposes but are not used to identify you individually, we use Google Analytics and Google Adwords to help us improve our service to you. We set cookies so you should be aware of our Cookies Policy

We may ask you for consent to use a photograph of our work on your property for marketing purposes, if you don’t want us to, we won’t use it.

We do not sell or pass on your details to any other company or organisation unless required to do so to comply with the law.

If we are dissatisfied with the quality of the documents, further information may be sought before personal data can be released.
